1. Agreement
By engaging Webcraft Studio ("we", "us", "our") for any web design or development services, you ("the client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services
Webcraft Studio provides bespoke web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, landing pages, website redesigns, SEO optimisation, and ongoing maintenance and support services. The specific scope of work for each project will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and prior to the website going live. For monthly maintenance plans, payment is collected automatically via Stripe on the same date each month. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay within 14 days of the invoice date may result in suspension of services.
4. Revisions
The number of revisions included in each package is specified at the time of quotation. Revisions outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges at our standard hourly rate, which will be communicated to you in advance.
5. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are subject to timely receipt of content, feedback and approvals from the client. Delays caused by the client may result in revised delivery dates. Webcraft Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content including text, images, logos and any other assets required for the project. The client warrants that all materials provided are owned by them or that they have the legal right to use them. Webcraft Studio accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from client-supplied content.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final website design and code transfers to the client. Webcraft Studio retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party frameworks, plugins or stock assets used remain subject to their respective licences.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit value will be invoiced accordingly. Monthly maintenance plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice; no partial refunds are issued for the current billing month.
9. Limitation of Liability
Webcraft Studio's total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of business, revenue or profits arising from the use or inability to use the website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
